PROCLEIX^® TIGRIS^® System

Overview

The PROCLEIX TIGRIS System is the only fully automated, integrated NAT testing platform for blood screening, enabling laboratories to attain optimal productivity. With TIGRIS, all the steps of nucleic acid testing are automated, from sample extraction to results reporting. The flexibility of the PROCLEIX TIGRIS System offers increased laboratory efficiency through process controls, safety, and minimal hands-on time—all in one small footprint.

• Can process individual donor tests and pooled blood at the same time
• Multiple tube barcode formats can be used simultaneously (ISBT 128, Code 128, Codabar, Code 39)
• All industry-standard tube sizes (from 12x75 mm to 16x100 mm) are accepted on TIGRIS

 

Simplified workflow with the ability to screen and discriminate on the same platform

• The PROCLEIX TIGRIS System features the power to test analytes on a screening basis (compounded result) or discriminatory basis (individual result using discriminatory probe assays), all on the same platform
• The compact PROCLEIX TIGRIS System can easily fit into any standard lab. Screen 1000 results in less than 9 hours in IDT with 2 TIGRIS, all in an area of less than 500 square feet (46.5 square meters)
